This website is about our itineraries since September 2010. We fulfilled our dream to drive with our little motor-home from Patagonia to Alaska. We love nature and we enjoyed many times pristine and remote places with abundant wildlife, for instance in cold Patagonia or hot Pantanal in Brazil. Our passion are mountains, thus we stayed much time in the Andes and other ranges not limited to America like Mount Kilimanjaro in Africa. We both are from Bavaria in the South of Germany and we live in beautiful Munich.

We have an adult daughter and we had a lot of foster children from various countries, like Mongolia or Serbia. Some stayed just few weeks with us, but we got a half Turkish boy in the age of three years. He stayed with us till he became 21 years. We are more than happy to be grandparents. In August 2013 our grandson was born and in September 2017 our granddaughter.

Besides children our passions are mountaineering and traveling. Till 2010 we were several times in the Andes, in the Moroccan High Atlas, in the Himalayas, in the Pyrenees, and many other ranges. Of course we know many parts in the European Alps relatively well. We love hiking, moderate climbing, skiing and sledging. 

Marion is a Decorator. She did a lot of toy presentations. Alfred is an Engineer for Electronics. His focus was Development and Manufacturing in different areas, like Computers, Medical Devices or Automation.
